You’re invited to experience and hear about the new collection of Biber stories. This publication is the collection of short stories about reconciliation selected through the second Biber Competition. The Biber 02 collection contains 25 selected stories from over 350 entries. Stories written in Albanian, Macedonian, Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin and Serbian.
First prize went to the story Jedu ljudi i bez nogu [People Without Legs Eat Too] by Milica Vučković from Belgrade, the second prize was awarded to the story Čiko Zav [Mr Zav] by Dženeta Rovčanin from Sarajevo and the third prize to Семејството на чичко Аки [Uncle Aki’s Family] by Anuška Minovska from Skopje.
In addition, the evening will include a panel discussion with:
Kim Mehmeti, a writer from Skopje who was a member of the Jury in Biber's Kunkur
Verim Zimberi Beluli, author of the story
Andrea Popov Miletić, author of the story
Jasna Radulovic, the author of the story
