Applicants must be eighteen years of age or older and residing in Kosovo.
Exceptions are made for special exhibitions for high schools only through-out the year.
Artist calls are open to any living artist.
**Work must be original and completed in the last 3 to 5 years, depending on the specific exhibition requirements.**
No copies, mechanical reproductions, molds or kit work will be accepted.
Entries must fit through KAE's doors to be exhibited.
KAE reserves the right to exclude work due to size or special requirements. Entries must be hand delivered to the gallery.
Artwork submitted on behalf of an artist requires written and signed authorization from the artist.
All entries must use the online submission form and pay required application fees BEFORE artworks will be considered for submission! Submissions are considered incomplete until all forms, images, and fees are received by KAE by the deadline.
Application fees can be paid directly to the KAE Bank account at Raiffeisen at 1503001004628929 .
Make sure your payment has the "Application for Exhibition" description and include your name and surname.
You may also pay the fee in cash at the KAE Gallery office.
All files should be named like so:
Images should be sent as jpegs should be at least 1000px at their widest dimension, not to exceed 2MB per image.
2D artists may submit one JPEG per entry.
3D artists may submit two JPEGS (one full shot and one detail) per entry.
Follow the filename format for works as indicated above.
Images submitted are to be un-enhanced and un-manipulated in high resolution.
KAE does not take a commission for KAE members. KAE does take a 10% commission of the sale price for non-members on all work sold during the exhibition. If a work is not for sale please indicate with NFS value in appropriate space during registration or on the consignment sheet.
All entries will be handled with the utmost care and respect. KAE is not liable for artwork during transportation to or from the gallery. KAE reserves the right to refuse coverage to artwork with inherent vices, high values or that is deemed unstable. By entering into this show, the artist agrees to abide by all rules and regulations as set by exhibition guidelines.
